Rob Johnson

Partner

Rob has 25 years of experience in asset investments and management. Prior to founding in Junction in 2017, Rob spent nine years with Castleton Commodities leading development projects and acquisitions. Rob earned a BS in business from Wake Forest University and a MBA from Georgia State University.

Craig Peus

Partner

Craig joined Junction in 2024 to help lead the firm's direct investment strategy. Craig has spent the past 20 years in senior executive roles at operating companies across the industrial, technology and healthcare industries. Craig started his career in investment banking and private equity. Craig holds a BS in Biological Sciences from Stanford University.
